Application and Admission

To be considered for admission, the applicant must have a Masters degree or its equivalent, and hold a valid Washington State License or certificate in mental health field, show proof of current malpractice insurance and show an aptitude for psychoanalytic work.

Application form may be obtained from the NPS office by calling 206-443-9045. The information requested included the individual’s education, professional, and clinical background, a written autobiography and a full-face photograph. Three letters of recommendation are to be furnished to the Admissions Committee. A non-refundable application fee of $100 must accompany the application.
